I have always been a mover and a dancer. Exploring the body’s intelligence, rhythm and memory has guided me throughout my life.
Originally, I studied social and theatre pedagogy in Freiburg, Berlin (UdK) and Istanbul, followed by a Master's degree in German as a Foreign Language and Multilingualism. I have worked in education and community-based projects for many years: supporting young people in voluntary services, creating creative language programs for children and adolescents with refugee backgrounds, and teaching in early childhood education.
In all of this, I kept dancing. I kept listening. Over time, bodywork became my main focus—a space where presence, change and expression meet. My background in movement includes:
Training & Development
What I love about Pilates is its clarity and functionality—a structured approach to core strength, fascia and awareness. My classes are both dynamic and grounding, offering stretches, activation and relief.
In Somatic Yoga, I find slowness and sensitivity: a space where breath and movement become exploration. It’s soft, intuitive, and deeply connected to the nervous system.
Thai Massage, the core of my practice, brings all these elements together: touch, movement, rhythm, and dialogue through the body. I use forearms, feet, hands and body weight to mobilize joints, lengthen tissue and invite deep release.
I work in Berlin (Neukölln and Prenzlauer Berg) and Bad Belzig—offering sessions, classes and workshops for anyone who wants to move, feel, rest and return to themselves.
