Also called Yoga Massage, Thai Massage is at the heart of my work. It is a dynamic full-body treatment performed on a soft mat on the floor, while you remain fully dressed in comfortable cotton or sportswear.
Using hands, forearms, feet and body weight, I apply rhythmic pressure, gentle stretches, traction and joint mobilizations. The massage blends traditional Thai techniques with elements of contemporary bodywork. It addresses the entire body: muscles, fascia, joints, ligaments, back and neck.

Each session lasts between 30 and 60 minutes and is designed to bring movement and relaxation to all major muscle groups. Thai Massage invites deep rest, nervous system release and a reconnection to your body’s own rhythm.

Pilates is a classical body training method with a holistic focus. It builds a bridge between breath, posture, core strength and mindful control. My mat-based classes focus on fascia, alignment and the deep muscles of the belly and back.
I combine clear, structured sequences with space for creativity and adaptation. When useful, I include small props. Pilates complements bodywork beautifully—it supports stability, awareness and self-regulation.
I teach group classes in different studios in Berlin and offer personal training upon request.
